Wow , i can tell you from using both an LED and a Photo strobe ring flash (like the second you listed) that the Photo strobe is much better.. And that's a good price too. I used a different brand but I still returned the LED ring flash i bought after a week .. it wasn't really that bright, and i dint like the light it cast , or the multi bright spots i got along the ring
